1. I believe I have been underpaid by my current or ex employer. Can I sue? And, how long have I got?
   Yes. The general rule is that we can recover underpayments going back 6 years.
2. I have just been given a job offer. Is it a good idea to get you to review it?
   Yes, it is far easier and wiser to obtain the appropriate advice before any Contract of Employment is commenced, rather than after a problem arises.
3. My employer had acted contrary to my employment agreement with them. Can I sue?
   Theoretically, yes, but you should get advice from us as to whether it is appropriate or advisable to do so.
4. What is the time limit for the filing of an Unfair Dismissal Application?
   14 days (in the Federal area but still 21 days in the State area).
